News: Konstantinos Mavropanos made an open confession about West Ham
Although Konstantinos Mavropanos acknowledges it took me some time to get used to life at West Ham, he is certain he can contribute to the team in the last few games of the campaign.
Konstantinos Mavropanos has been a fantastic addition for West Ham, even though it may have taken some time. In a faltering defense over the last several months, he has proven to be a trustworthy choice.
Though it took him some time to adjust, the Greek defender is more than willing to acknowledge that he is now able to do so, and he credits David Moyes for that.
Mavropanos stated on the official website that it occasionally takes some time to adjust to a new club’s mentality and get to know your teammates on the field. However, I feel great right now. David Moyes has assisted me in adjusting from the day I arrived.
I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to play for him for the past few games as he is an excellent manager who consistently gives his all for the club.
Sadly, the club as a whole hasn’t been able to match his improved play, as the Hammers have only triumphed in one of their previous five games. The center back does think things are improving, though.
It was crucial that we responded against Spurs after the setback at Newcastle the previous week, and I believe we played well. We were happy with the point overall, even if we might have won.
Now, when we play at Wolves again, we want to do even better. We know it won’t be easy because they are battling for European qualification just like us, but we will be prepared because every game in this league is difficult.

Building momentum is crucial when the schedule is so packed so you may enter games with greater vigor. We’re hoping that a win over Wolves would enable us play better against Bayer Leverkusen and get back into the league.
