Game-Changer Alert: Saints Star Duo Chris Olave and Alvin Kamara Set to Dominate Against Falcons
ATLANTA — Chris Olave will suit up for the New Orleans Saints two days after a late-week injury made him questionable for the Week 4 tilt against the Atlanta Falcons.
Olave leads the Saints in receptions (12) and receiving yards (178), and he is coming off his best game of the season. He injured his hamstring in Friday’s practice, casting serious doubt on his ability to play Sunday. But he is active for the game.
Running back Alvin Kamara will also suit up. Kamara missed a day of practice this week while recovering from rib and hip injuries after carrying the ball 26 times last week against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The following players are inactive against the Falcons: Linebacker Demario Davis (hamstring), right guard Cesar Ruiz (knee), wide receiver A.T. Perry (hamstring), tight end Dallin Holker, defensive tackle John Ridgeway and quarterback Spencer Rattler.
Rattler will serve as the emergency third quarterback.
This is the first game in Davis’ 13-year NFL career that he has missed because of injury.
