Kristoffer Klaesson, the goalie for Leeds United, was hurt in an automobile accident in his home country of Norway and is currently in the hospital.
Unsettling news out of Norway. Kristoffer Klaesson, the goalie for Leeds United Championship, was hospitalized in his own Sweden after being involved in a traffic accident.
The 23-year-old goalkeeper was operating the BMW M5 when it struck a roadblock in Berger, Lillestrom, on Tuesday night at midnight.
Klaesson was operating the car at the time of the collision, Leeds confirmed to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
Fortunately, Klaesson was unharmed and on his feet, according to “Romerikes Blad.” He was transported by EMS to Akershus University Hospital as a precaution.
