It was widely anticipated that the player, who was on the outskirts at Spurs, would return to Millwall this summer. Though John Wenham, a Spurs expert, claims the two parties have agreed on a permanent transfer, Tanganga is reportedly taking his time to formalize the move.

“I think Tanganga will hold out on the move,” he said to Tottenham News.His agent will be making other clubs aware of the fee which has been agreed with Millwall to see if anyone else wants to match it.
