Breaking News: Head Coach Rubén Sellés Speaks On Leaving Team Based On Survival
Ruben Selles, the manager of Reading FC, acknowledged that if the disarray at the team doesn’t end, he might not “survive” another season.
Fans are expecting for a more stable future after the club agreed to exclusivity with the expectation that a takeover would be finalized in the upcoming weeks, following all the upheaval under Dai Yongge’s ownership.
Selles responded, “Yes of course,” when asked if he would desire to continue playing for the team under new ownership the next season. As per my contract, I have two more years left. This year has demonstrated our abilities and helped us grow as a team.

“If the circumstances are right, I would like to stay.” Selles acknowledged that he would want to stay, but he also said that he wasn’t sure he could handle the volatility at the club for another year.
